I'm Pretty Tough (So I Think)...

At my meeting with my trainer on Monday, we chatted more on learning how to scale appropriately to my ability so that I'm not working for twice the amount of time than I should be. So basically I have been given permission to choose lighter weights... should be an easy fix, right? WRONG! I'm learning that I might have a HUGE ego. You should see how strong I think I am! ha!

So this morning, I picked a "light" weight that I thought I could handle and got killed in the first round. One of the coaches stripped some weight off for me to get me to a weight I could handle. When will I learn...
